What does AppleCare+ cover?
AppleCare+ adds accidental-damage repairs (with a service fee per incident), battery service and priority Apple support on top of Apple's standard warranty. Coverage terms are set by Apple.
What is AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss?
Available for iPhone, it adds cover if your iPhone is lost or stolen, on top of everything in standard AppleCare+. Find My must be on at the time of the loss; a deductible applies per Apple's terms.
How long does AppleCare+ last?
2 years for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, HomePod and HomeView; 3 years for Mac, Apple displays and Apple TV.
How much cheaper is AppleCare+ at ITNET?
Every plan is 10% below Apple's MRP, rounded to the nearest ₹100. For example AppleCare+ for iPhone 17 is ₹17,900 instead of ₹19,900.
Can I add AppleCare+ after buying my device?
Yes, within Apple's eligibility window after purchase (usually 60 days for iPhone and Mac in India). Bring the device and bill to ITNET, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi.
